1. About EDI Analyzer

EDI Analyzer ("the App") is developed by Kleva Ideas. The App uses your mobile device's built-in accelerometer and gyroscope sensors to capture and analyze elevator ride data, helping building professionals assess ride quality, vibration patterns, and equipment performance.

2. Data We Collect

The App collects only the data necessary to perform elevator ride analysis. Here is a complete list:

4. How Data Is Stored

Ride data and building/elevator metadata you enter are stored in a cloud database (hosted by Supabase) so that your analysis results are preserved and accessible for reporting. Data is transmitted securely using HTTPS encryption.

Sensor data captured during rides is processed on your device and the resulting analysis is uploaded to the cloud. Raw sensor streams are not stored permanently on our servers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, license, or share your data with any third parties. Your ride data and building information are used solely to provide the App's analysis features to you.

6. Advertising and Tracking

EDI Analyzer contains no advertisements. We do not use any advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking technologies. There are no cookies, pixels, or behavioral tracking of any kind.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your ride data is retained in the cloud as long as you use the App. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at the email address below and we will remove all associated records within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

EDI Analyzer is a professional tool designed for building and elevator industry professionals. The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
